2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Auto Regions Group Ltd provides an online platform for:

• Vehicle advertising and listings

• Dealership subscription services

• Digital marketing services

• Social media management

• Photography and videography services

• Vehicle content creation

• Website and advertising services

• Other related automotive marketing services

Auto Regions Group Ltd does not buy, sell or own any vehicles advertised on the Site and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

The Company does not verify the accuracy of vehicle information and advises all users to confirm details directly with the dealership before proceeding with any purchase.

3. FINANCE INTRODUCTIONS

All regulated credit broking activities and finance introductions available through the Site are undertaken solely by H&H Promotions Ltd and are entirely separate from the services provided by Auto Regions Group Ltd.

H & H Promotions Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Loanitt UK Limited for the purpose of credit broking introductions only. Our firm reference number is 1020287.

Loanitt UK Limited trading as Loanitt of Forsyth House, Cromac Street, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT2 8LA, registered in Northern Ireland (NI678340), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 970579).

Loanitt UK Limited are a credit broker, not a lender, and offer loans from a limited panel of lenders.

Loanitt UK Limited does not charge you for credit broking services.

Loanitt UK Limited earn a percentage of the financed amount in commission for providing their services, but this does not influence the interest rate offered.

H&H Promotions Ltd receives a fixed fee payment should you decide to complete an application with them. The payment received does not impact the finance rate offered.

All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply and applicants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over.

4. DEALERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS

Dealerships may subscribe to the services provided by Auto Regions Group Ltd on various subscription plans.

Subscription fees:

• Are payable in advance.

• May be collected by Direct Debit, card payment or bank transfer.

• Are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• May be amended by agreement between the Company and the dealership.

Failure to make payment may result in:

• Suspension of listings;

• Suspension of services;

• Restriction of access to the platform;

• Termination of the subscription.

The Company reserves the right to amend pricing, services and subscription plans at any time.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Site, you agree:

• To provide accurate, current and complete information.

• To ensure you have the authority to advertise any vehicle listed.

• Not to upload content that is false, misleading, unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

• To ensure all vehicle descriptions, images and information are accurate.

You accept sole responsibility for any information or content uploaded to the Site.

6. USER CONTENT

You grant the Company a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute content uploaded to the Site for the purposes of operating and promoting the platform.

You warrant that:

• You own the content uploaded; or

• You have permission to use the content.

The Company reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site including:

• Logos

• Branding

• Text

• Images

• Graphics

• Videos

• Photography

• Software

• Website content

• Marketing materials

is owned by or licensed to Auto Regions Group Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Auto Regions Group Ltd and H&H Promotions Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits;

• Loss of business;

• Loss of revenue;

• Loss of data;

• Loss of goodwill;

• Indirect or consequential loss.

The Company does not guarantee:

• Continuous operation of the Site;

• That the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

The Company is not responsible for any disputes or transactions between buyers and sellers.
